Custom Business Software Built Around Your Workflow

We build custom business software for operational workflows that have outgrown spreadsheets, inboxes and disconnected tools. Internal applications, approval flows and dashboards help your team coordinate work while keeping existing systems in place.

02The existing workflow

Your process
isn’t broken.
It’s overloaded.

Established companies rarely need to start from scratch. The workflow, the tools, the approvals and the people who know how it all really works are already there — and already working. What they are short of is the software holding it together.

03Use cases

If any of this
sounds familiar.

Illustrative workflows we can help with. The process itself may be fine — it is the copying, checking, chasing and reconciling around it that costs the time. The scope depends on your systems and the people doing the work.

Orders arrive by email and get retyped

PDFs in a dozen supplier formats, keyed into the ERP by hand — and the same people are the ones catching the pricing errors.

Invoices are spread across inboxes

Totals and line items read off a PDF and entered into accounting, with no reliable link back to the purchase order or the goods receipt.

Shipment status lives in four places

The ops inbox, the ERP, the TMS and the carrier portals. Answering one customer question means ten minutes of clicking between them.

Approvals happen in email threads

Nobody can reconstruct who approved what, or when, without scrolling back through a mailbox.

A spreadsheet is the operational database

Several people edit it at once, permissions do not exist, and the version that matters is whichever one was opened last.

04Scope & first step

Start with one
working workflow.

We begin with the documents, spreadsheets and handoffs your team uses today. Together we identify the records that matter, who owns each step, and which exceptions still need a person to make the call. We look for unnecessary steps before deciding what to automate.

A first scope can cover structured intake, a shared work queue, approval rules and a searchable history. For a spreadsheet replacement, we also agree how existing data will be checked and moved, and who can view or change each record. An operational dashboard can help operators and managers see pending work and exceptions together.

If a packaged tool fits the process and permissions, configuring it may be enough. A custom internal tool becomes useful when your records, approval rules or handoffs would otherwise require workarounds and more manual coordination.

Connections to your ERP or accounting tools depend on the access those systems provide. We confirm that before committing to the build and agree how the team will review errors, operate the software and maintain it after launch.
