Obdurate Systems was founded on hands-on experience building real software for real projects — internal tools, automation systems, integrations, dashboards, and production platforms.
Not the ideal process from a slide deck. The real one — with exceptions, shortcuts, legacy tools, approval chains, edge cases, and the people who know how everything really works.
not replaced.
Established companies already have workflows, tools, approvals, and people who understand the operation. We build around that knowledge. The starting point is the work people do every day and the gaps between the systems they use.
We build the smallest operational layer that removes the highest-value friction, put it in front of real users, and keep it narrow enough to prove itself quickly. Then we connect it to the rest of the operation and extend it as the business changes.
That work can mean taking documents out of a shared inbox and into a structured process, connecting existing systems, or making operational information easier to act on. We care about software that survives contact with actual business operations.
